Terms and Conditions for 'The Roadmap' Master Resell Rights Product

Please carefully review these terms and conditions (the "Agreement") before using the 'The Roadmap' with Master Resell Rights ("MRR") product. This Agreement establishes a legally binding contract between you, the Licensee, and Fastrack to Freedom Pty Ltd. (the "Licensor").

Product License: The Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to utilize, reproduce, and resell 'The Roadmap' with Master Resell Rights ("MRR") product following the terms of this Agreement.

Resell Rights: You are authorized to resell the product to end-users, keeping all profits from sales within your network. The product must not be sold for less than $497.

Limitations: You are not allowed to claim ownership of, modify, or rebrand 'The Roadmap' MRR product. Private label rights are expressly excluded.

Refunds: All sales of 'The Roadmap' with Master Resell Rights ("MRR") product are final. Refunds will not be issued due to the downloadable nature of the content.

User Restrictions: You agree not to use 'The Roadmap' with Master Resell Rights ("MRR") product for any unlawful purposes, including the distribution of illegal or offensive content.

Intellectual Property Rights: All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights in 'The Roadmap' with Master Resell Rights ("MRR") product, remain with Fastrack to Freedom Pty Ltd.

Warranty: 'The Roadmap' with Master Resell Rights ("MRR") product is provided "as-is" without any warranty, either express or implied.

Liability: Fastrack to Freedom Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use the product.

Termination: This Agreement may be terminated by the Licensor in the event of a breach of its terms by the Licensee. Upon termination, you must cease all use and distribution of the product.

Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by and construed with the laws of the sellers jurisdiction

Venue: If litigation occurs, the parties agree the court shall be Magistrates Court of Western Australia, located in Perth City.

Cap: The customer agrees that their maximum litigation claim shall be no more than what they spent.

Maximum claim: The customer agrees that their maximum litigation claim shall be no more than what they spent.

Legal fees: The parties agree to pay their own legal fees in the event of a dispute.

Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, whether oral or written.

By accessing or using 'The Roadmap' with Master Resell Rights ("MRR") product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
